What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges if you've purchased a coffee mug by mistake, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at robocupsstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong mugs or damaged mugs. If any of these apply, please contact us at robocupsstore@gmail.com with photos of the wrong/damaged coffee mugs within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size or color would be better, check out our product images on the product pages—we have one for every coffee mug listed in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at robocupsstore@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled mug, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What if the tracking says my order has been delivered but I don't have it?
While our primary goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we understand that occasionally issues may arise during the delivery process. If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please review the following steps:
- Lost Packages: We do not accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. Please follow up directly with the courier to resolve the issue.
- Package Theft: If you suspect theft and the carrier confirms delivery, please report the incident to your local authorities. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for theft or able to investigate these cases.
- Delivery Verification: Sometimes packages are marked delivered while still in transit or placed in an unexpected location. Please check around your home and contact the carrier for delivery details.
- Reshipping Your Order: If you’re still unable to locate your package after these steps, a new manual order will need to be placed. We appreciate your understanding.
