When will my order ship?
Usually within 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your mug is on the move.
How long does shipping take?
USA: 3–5 business days
International:
Currently we only ship within the U.S.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or email us at robocupsstore@gmail.com.
My tracking says delivered, but I can’t find it!
Check your porch, garage, or with your neighbors — sometimes couriers get creative. Still missing? See our full Shipping Policy:

Can I return or exchange my mug?
We don’t offer returns for change of mind, but if your mug is damaged or incorrect, email robocupsstore@gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.
What if my mug arrives damaged or wrong?
Send a photo of the item to robocupsstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue a refund or send a replacement — your choice.
Can I exchange for a different color or design?
Not at this time. But if you received the wrong mug, we’ll make it right.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
✅ White mugs: Safe for microwave and dishwasher
⚠️ Black mugs: Not microwave or dishwasher safe — please hand wash.
How big are your mugs?
Most mugs are 11oz or 15oz. Check the product description for details or email us if you’re unsure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
